Fraud Alerts are available in Chesterfield County! Sign up on the public site to create an account and access the Alerts feature.
Note: There is no charge to use the Alerts feature and the Alerts Search, however, the site charges a $5.00 fee when a new account is created for accessing the site. This charge can be used for regular searching and printing copies. Create an account by selecting Click Here under Search Land Records, then Sign-up Now on the Login page. If you already have an account, you should see the new link in the main menu and the feature is available to you. See the Help documentation in the site for additional information and instructions on how to set up an alert.
NEW: eCertified Copies
Certified Copies can now be obtained electronically without coming into the office! Select eCertified as the print option, pay through the site, and download or print from the site with a certified stamp and unique verification key to review and verify a document that was certified. Use the link below to verify documents that have been electronically certified.

For index searches, viewing and printing documents from our website, you will need to purchase a Casual Daily Use or Commercial Monthly Use Subscription.
Current Subscription Fees are as follows:
Casual Daily Use Fee (per user):
$5.00 Per Day (24 hours) to view any document available on-line.
Commercial Monthly Use Fee (per user):
$30.00 Per Month to view any document available on-line.
To become a User, simply fill out the ON-LINE registration
form, choose Member ID and Password for future visits.
